Accountability is essential for any group or individual. The Book of Proverbs, tells us that there is safety in having counsel from others. We are relating to mature people whom we can trust to give us their honest input, wisdom, encouragement, and correction when needed. How dangerous it is for individuals or ministries who are independent, and have no one to help them when they make mistakes or to encourage them when they are going through difficult times.
